Your responsibilities

As a Manager Technical Sales within EPCOR you further grow your own international team, with which you are responsible for the sales plan from strategy to implementation. Your responsibilities are: 

  • Manage a dedicated team of professionals with whom you set, review and coordinate all targets, goals and challenges;
  • Deliver inspiring leadership, to motivate and encourage the team and keep them engaged and connected with our business and clients. Be a true role model, coach and sounding board for your Team members;
  • Provide support to determine the vision, strategy and priorities to further develop the global Sales organization;
  • Establish clear structures and processes to build uniformity around the way of working throughout your global teams;
  • Enhance operational approaches in order to elevate customer experience;
  • Closely align with in- and external stakeholders on strategy, development, risks and opportunities;
  • Take responsibility for important client issues promptly and confidently lead interactions with both clients and the company.
     

Your profile

In order to effectively address the challenges ahead, the Manager Technical Sales must demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, operational discipline, and possess advanced negotiation and commercial expertise. You have strong numerical skills and think analytically. You hold yourself and others to high standards of work quality. Additional requirements for this vacancy are:

  • a technical and/or commercial bachelor level, diploma or obtained through relevant experience;
  • a minimum of 10 years of proven management experience;
  • an existing network in the MRO aviation market would be an advantage; preferably relevant knowledge in aircraft technical field;   
  • mastery in written and spoken English and strong preference for native Dutch speaker;
  • willing to work from the Netherlands (Schiphol-Rijk).
